Data we collect

We collect the contact and qualification information entered in the enquiry form, together with language, source page, referral and campaign parameters. Technical request data is used only for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We process required enquiry data to respond to your request and provide the brochure. Marketing updates are sent only when separate optional consent is given.

Storage and retention

Lead records are stored in a restricted Google Sheet and retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by an active commercial relationship or law.

Processors and transfers

Service providers may include Google Workspace, Vercel, Resend and Google Analytics. Appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards apply where data is processed outside the European Economic Area.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing info@aljezurvillage.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
