Data we collect

Partner records may include agency and licence details. Referral records may contain information supplied by a third party, subject to direct buyer confirmation before sales contact.

Why we use it

We process required data to answer enquiries, verify professional partners, manage client registrations, prevent conflicting claims, document consent and administer approved referrals. Marketing updates are sent only when separate optional consent is given.

Storage and retention

Lead, partner, registration, consent and audit records are stored in restricted Google Sheets and retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by an active commercial relationship, dispute or law. Authentication links are time-limited and stored only as irreversible hashes.
